Connection
Families meet others who understand the weight of substance-use loss without needing every part of the story explained.
Prema’s Retreats
Ten percent of every Poppiwear sale supports families affected by fentanyl loss through grief retreats, yoga, care and connection.
A standing commitment
At Poppiwear, supporting the community means turning compassion into action. This is not a seasonal campaign; it is part of how the company does business.
Each purchase helps create restorative spaces where grieving mothers, fathers and family members can process loss, reconnect with themselves and feel less alone.
Why this is personal
Prema’s Retreats grew from a loss close to the Poppiwear family.
The retreats are led by Poppi’s sister, Prema, and were inspired by her son Lance, who lost his life to fentanyl poisoning. The experience shaped a deeply personal commitment to families living through the same kind of grief.
These gatherings offer a safe place to sit with loss, practice gentle yoga, find solace in nature and connect with people who understand the journey from the inside.
What the retreats make room for
The work centers dignity, community and the long road of healing, creating room for sorrow and love to exist together.
Families meet others who understand the weight of substance-use loss without needing every part of the story explained.
Gentle yoga, meditation, time in nature and creative practices help make space for grief to move through the body.
The retreat experience honors loved ones while helping families reconnect with their hearts, their communities and new possibilities.
