Return eligibility
Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be eligible for return within the published return window. Swimwear and intimate-contact items may have additional hygiene restrictions.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time.
Final sale
Items marked final sale are not returnable except where required by law.
